Multiphoton Timelapse Imaging

We have pioneered new methods for multiphoton timelapase imaging of transgenic zebrafish. These methods include use of a novel continuous flow chamber for holding animals being imaged by multiphoton microscopy (shown below). Using our timelapse animals we have successfully performed continuous timelapse imaging of vascular development in living animals for up to 5 days. See timelapse imaging movies.
